Red Rye DIPA

Brewers Josh (King Tide) and James (Good Folk) conceived this collab through a mutual love of big red IPAs. A style they felt was a perfect midpoint for the colder months between dark beers and IPAs, offering strong malt, fantastic bitterness and great hop character. This Red Rye DIPA runs with the idea of a ‘West Coast Blaster’ smashing in heaps of crystal malt, big citrus/resiny flavours through a mix of European (Spalt Spalter & Crystal) and Australian (Enigma) hops, then 3 types of rye (Cararye, Rolled & Voyager Heritage), with a sprinkling of smoked cherry malt on top to deliver a delicious hoppy, bitter, big beer!

Our Ginger Crusha is created by brewing and fermenting a gluten free product to create a clean base to which we add real ginger juice, minced ginger and honey to give the final product it's true kick and complex sweetness. A truly refreshing drink to crush any thirst!
Rice Lager

Ultra-refreshing, pleasantly drinkable rice lager, very crisp, light body from flaked rice as 30% of themalt bill, with floral and wine grape like aromas, from late additions of Loral and Hallertau Blanchops.
