Shipping

Our beer is delivered fresh from our brewery in Hamilton NSW to your door. Here is some more information about our shipping process:

Shipping Rates

We offer shipping throughout Australia. Our shipping rates are weight based. To get an accurate shipping cost, select your shipping method at checkout.

Delivery times

Typical delivery times for NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD is 1-5 business days. For other regions it is 4-9 business days.

Order processing and dispatch

Our brewery is open 7-days a week for order processing, however orders will only be shipped on standard business days (Mon-Fri).  We always aim to ship within 1 business day, except weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. 

​

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Australia. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available, but If you think you have a special request then please feel free to get in touch and we will see what we can do. Please note, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Max Weight
The maximum shipping weight for our online store is 25kgs. If you have an order greater than 25kgs, then we'll get in touch once you have placed your order to discuss options.

Identification and Responsible Service of Alcohol

Good Folk supports the responsible consumption of alcohol. A valid form of identification will be required on all orders of alcohol and delivery drivers may request proof of age on delivery. This is at the discretion of the carrier and is not controlled by our business.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange because the product you have ordered isn't the right one, has been damaged, or is faulty then we’re here to help! We offer returns on products within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note, this policy does not replace your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging undamaged.

  • Packaging must have no signs of tampering.

  • Merchandise items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Your initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

Additional Information:

  • Typically returns are process within 2 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 5 business days in the event of delays. 

  • If your product was faulty then we may offer a credit for return shipping costs. Please liaise with our team to see if you are eligible.

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns.

BEER

If you’re looking for a return because there is something wrong with your beer, then we'll happily do an exchange. We just need to know the date of purchase and batch number so we can check our batch. We offer exchanges on products within 14 days of purchase. Please note, this policy does not replace your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

  • Fair use rules apply (for example, you can't drink half the case an return the rest for an exchange).

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  • Include the batch number (found on the bottom of the can) in your email

  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.
