NATIVE SOUR
5.5% ABV
A dry, tart Berliner Weisse style kettle sour that is lightly hopped for balance. After primary fermentation, fresh flavouring has been created in our pilot brew kit using raspberries, native riberries and rosella flowers to get a beautifully tart and vibrant red syrup, this is steeped with lime, juniper and ginger for added depth and complexity. Secondary fermentation then occurs to ensure the beer finishes refreshingly tart and fruity, with big aromas of the Australian natives used.

A family owned and operated business, our craft brewery promises to deliver great quality beer without all the fuss. Tucked away in the heart of one of Newcastle’s liveliest entertainment strips, our modest brewery, bar and pizzeria is all about not taking ourselves too seriously.
