The GOOD FOLK Brewery bar offers limited function's space and currently book areas for up to 40ppl on weekends and up to 100 ppl midweek via negotiation.

Selection of locally sourced artisan cheeses fresh and dried fruits house date preserve spiced nuts lavash and crackers

Selection of locally sourced cured meats, shaved in house and served with a selection of pickled and marinated vegetables, grumpy grandma olives rosemary lavash and crackers

Can I book the entire Newcastle function venue?The entire venue can be booked Sunday to Thursday nights for your function with min of 80 people via negotiation, we do keep the doors open on Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday and Saturday nights we cap group booking to 40 ppl

Can I play my own music?When entire venue is booked yes, however for other events we have a good playlist list we play.

Is there a minimum spend?For functions over 30 people, yes we have a minimum spend of $300 on function food​.

If I cancel, can I have my deposit refunded?Yes, if given at least 3 weeks' notice.

Is the brewery in Newcastle a child friendly function venue?Yes, children are more than welcome, we have no restrictions on children.

Do I have to order function platters?Yes, we do require a minimum spend of $300 on function food for bookings over 30 people. See our platter options above.

Can I start a bar tab for my function?You sure can, we can start a bar tab to any amount.

Do you have any drink packages?Not currently, it is order as you go.

Can I bring a cake or food?We do allow birthday cakes and can store them in our cool room. We do not charge cakeage. No other outside food is permitted.
