Bitter. Balanced.
Brewed in the style of a west coast IPA with a healthy hit of clean bitterness, Strata, Amarillo and Ekuanot hops give this beer some dank resinous flavour, and citrus fruits aroma, balanced with some earthy notes from Loral. This beer is backed up with a malt bill of Munich, Wheat and Chit to provide body and balance. Extra colour, chewiness and complexity comes from Voyager Voodoo Schooner Malt.

Had this at Battlesticks since the reopening. Smart move. I’m an unashamed IPA snob having tried 100’s and this is a belter! It’s in the all-time Top 5 for mine for the sheer balance of delicious malt flavours with firm hops; it’s a taste extravaganza for mouthfeel. Don’t change this one boys.
I love this! Unfortunately it’s hard to find so I’ll have to start ordering online.
