It's just like the ocean, under the moon. Malt forward Hybrid style red ale. Flavours of toast and sticky marmalade from some light roasted malts and dark colour base malt. Subtle bitterness with citrus and earthy aromas from some late hop additions of Galaxy, Ella and Enigma. All on Nitrogen gas to give that delicious creamy mouth feel.
